Design

With its aerodynamic fairing, sharp twin LED headlamps, and aggressive riding stance, the RS 660 exudes pure supersport styling. The design is heavily inspired by Aprilia’s racing DNA, featuring integrated winglets, a compact tail section, and a muscular yet lightweight chassis. Its forward-leaning posture and sculpted tank are designed for both aesthetics and wind-cheating performance.

Suspension and Handling

Built on an aluminum twin-spar frame, the RS 660 boasts fully adjustable KYB suspension—41mm USD front forks and a rear monoshock. With a kerb weight of just 183 kg / 403 lbs (wet), it offers class-leading agility, razor-sharp cornering, and stability at high speeds. Whether on the track or twisty backroads, its ride dynamics deliver precision and confidence.

Tyres and Wheels

The RS 660 rides on 17-inch cast aluminium wheels wrapped in premium Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II tyres (120/70 front and 180/55 rear), offering exceptional grip and road feedback. These sport-biased tyres are engineered to handle aggressive cornering and braking, both on the street and track.

Braking System

Aprilia has equipped the RS 660 with Brembo braking hardware, including dual 320mm front discs with radial-mounted calipers and a 220mm rear disc. A multi-map cornering ABS system ensures confident braking in all conditions, even while leaned over—ideal for track days and spirited road rides.

Technology & Features

The Aprilia RS 660 comes loaded with advanced electronics that enhance both performance and safety. At its core is the Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC) suite, which includes traction control, cornering ABS, wheelie control, engine brake control, and cruise control—all adjustable to match different riding conditions. It offers five riding modes (three road, two track) that adjust power delivery and rider aids with a single selection. A ride-by-wire throttle ensures precise input, while the crisp TFT display gives easy access to all settings. Most variants come with a bi-directional quickshifter, allowing clutchless upshifts and downshifts for smoother, sportier riding. With these features, the RS 660 blends cutting-edge technology with real-world usability.

Colours

The Aprilia RS 660 is offered in three dynamic colours: Marlin Blue with red accents for a race-inspired look, Venom Yellow for bold, standout styling, and Dark Banshee, a matte black finish exclusive to the RS 660 Factory variant, adding a stealthy, premium edge.
